Stronghold Security, LLC, was established by it current President, Gary R. Williams, to supply expert security services both efficiently and professionally. Gary is a former Federal government official with more than 25 years as a sworn law enforcement officer, primarily as Federal Criminal Investigator.

Altogether our professional staff has over 30 years experience in Investigations, Security, Information Technology and Systems Security. Gary R. Williams, President

Gary R. Williams founded Stronghold Security, LLC in 2003 after 25 years of service in the Federal Government and more than 30 years experience in law enforcement. He served in the Office of the Inspector General for several agencies including the Department of the Treasury and the Social Security Administration. In his last assignment his primary duties included managing a nationwide program focused on the law-enforcement protection of the agency’s critical assets; including facilities, personnel, and cyber assets.

Andre P. McKinney, V.P. & C.I.O

During the last 20 years, Andre McKinney has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout the IT industry. He has worked as a electrical engineer for Lucent Technologies and for Allied Signal Technical Services, at the NASA GSFC Greenbelt, MD. Mr. McKinney is responsible for the development of our cyber and research & development programs to make full and appropriate use of available technology. He develops our increased use of leading edge technology to enable our company and our clients to better carry out their mission, with improved products and services at the lowest cost.

Randy Williams, Director of Operations

Mr. Williams has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and security over the past 10 years. He gained experience working for several large security companies in the Baltimore, Maryland area and is now responsible for the development of Stronghold’s security and investigative personnel.
